Complaints are routed directly to Dave for review and determination.

Submit a complaint

Email your complaint to dave@flapsnaps.com. Include the page, content, name, or reference Dave needs to identify the matter.

Removal requests and consent concerns are prioritised.

Grounds for complaint

  • You believe content breaches the Code of Flap Ethics.
  • You believe content was submitted without consent.
  • You are the rightful owner of content displayed.
  • You have concerns about privacy or attribution.

Review route

  1. Dave reads the complaint.
  2. Dave checks the facts.
  3. Dave makes a decision.
  4. Action is taken if required.
