The Ethics Review Board

The FlapSnaps Ethics Review Board exists to provide oversight, balance, and the appearance of structure.

Board membership

• Dave

Dave is the sole member, chair, secretary, and final authority.

Board remit

• Review ethical complaints.
• Interpret the Code of Flap Ethics.
• Advise Dave, if Dave feels like listening.

Decision making

Decisions are reached unanimously. This has never been an issue.

Transparency

Board deliberations are private. Outcomes may be communicated where appropriate.

The existence of this board does not limit Dave’s authority in any way.
