The FlapSnaps Ethics Review Board exists to provide oversight, balance, and the appearance of structure.
Board membership
- Dave
Dave is the sole member, chair, secretary, and final authority.
Board remit
- Review ethical complaints.
- Interpret the Code of Flap Ethics.
- Advise Dave, if Dave feels like listening.
Decision making
Decisions are reached unanimously. This has never been an issue.
The board has a perfect record of internal agreement.
Transparency
Board deliberations are private. Outcomes may be communicated where appropriate.
The existence of this board does not limit Dave's authority in any way.
